Hateful content targeting people on the basis of religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability, ethnicity or nationality.
Deceptive depictions of real, identifiable people — including political figures — in situations that did not happen. Voice or likeness cloning without consent.
Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or another party's intellectual property.
Allowed with care
Advertising and product marketing, provided claims are truthful and disclosures are your responsibility.
Educational depictions of sensitive topics, kept non-graphic and contextual.
How moderation works
Every prompt is screened before credits are spent, and every output is screened before it appears in your library. Blocked prompts do not consume credits.
Repeated attempts to bypass moderation lead to suspension, and unlawful content is reported to the relevant authorities.
Appeals
If you believe a prompt was blocked in error, email support@qiroq.com with the prompt text and timestamp. A human reviews every appeal within two working days.
Your responsibility
AI-generated video should be labelled as such when it could otherwise mislead your audience. You remain responsible for how you publish and distribute what you generate.
