Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use Qiroq. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

One person or organisation per account. Sharing a single account across an organisation is permitted; reselling access is not.

2. Credits and generations

Credits are sold and priced in your local currency. Each generation deducts credits according to the published resolution and duration matrix shown before you confirm a render.

Free trial credits expire 7 days after issue. Purchased credit packs remain valid for 12 months. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over.

If a generation fails for a reason within our control, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

3. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are charged in the currency of your selected region, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. A tax invoice is issued for every successful payment.

Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Qiroq to generate content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, sexually explicit, hateful, deceptive about real individuals, or that infringes another party's intellectual property.

We run automated moderation on prompts and outputs, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt prohibited generations.

5. Ownership of output

You own the videos you generate and may use them commercially, subject to these terms. We retain a limited licence to store and deliver your videos so the service can function.

We do not train models on your prompts or generated videos.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid Qiroq in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Qiroq Technologies is incorporated, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you hold locally.
