Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, hashed password or OAuth identifier, and optional business tax details for invoicing.
Usage data: prompts you submit, generation settings, credit transactions, and the videos produced.
Payment data: handled by our payment gateway. Qiroq never sees or stores your full card number or wallet credentials.
Where your data lives
Account data, prompts and videos are stored in the cloud region for the country you select — for example Mumbai for India, Virginia for the United States, and Frankfurt for global customers.
We comply with the applicable privacy law for your region, including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and India's DPDP Act 2023.
How we use it
To generate your videos, maintain your credit balance, issue tax invoices, provide support, and detect abuse.
We do not train AI models on your prompts or generated videos, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.
Retention
Videos are retained according to your plan (30 days on Free, up to 1 year on paid plans). Deleted videos are purged within 30 days.
Billing records are retained for as long as local tax law requires, typically 7–8 years.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data from Settings, or by emailing support@qiroq.com.
Requests are actioned within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your videos and prompts permanently.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and a single privacy-friendly analytics cookie to count page views. No advertising trackers.
