A weekly AI video workflow for solo creators
Batch a week of B-roll and short clips in one sitting: a repeatable plan for prompts, drafts, finals and publishing.

Consistency beats intensity. A solo creator who publishes every week outgrows one who publishes in bursts, and batching is how AI video makes that realistic.
Monday, plan. Pick the three or four ideas you will publish this week and write the one-sentence message for each. Decide which shots each video needs: a hook, one or two supporting shots and a closing visual.
Tuesday, prompt. Write one prompt per shot using subject, action, setting, light, lens and camera movement. Reuse your own style line for the look you want across the week, for example 'warm morning light, 35mm, shallow depth of field'.
Wednesday, draft. Generate every shot at low resolution. This is the cheap pass: throw away anything that misses, tweak the wording of near misses, and keep a list of what worked.
Thursday, finish. Re-run only the approved prompts at full resolution. You spend credits on shots you will actually use, and the finals match the drafts you already approved.
Friday, edit and publish. Cut the finals together with your voiceover or music, add captions and text in your editor, and schedule posts. Save your best prompts into a personal template list so next week starts faster.
Review monthly. Look at which clips performed and which prompt patterns produced them, then lean into those. Over a few months this becomes a library you can reuse on any topic.
